About This Research

We're conducting a Phase 2 research study to test how well SP-624works for treating major depressive disorder. This is a double-blind study, meaning neither you nor our research team will know which medication you're receiving—this helps us get the most accurate results. Throughout the study, you'll attend regular visits where we'll evaluate your symptoms, monitor your safety, and conduct clinical assessments to understand how you're doing.

Who Can Participate?

✓ Ages 18 to 65
✓ Diagnosed with moderate to severe depression (confirmed by clinical assessment)
✓ Generally good physical health
✓ Body mass index between 18 and 45 kg/m²
