About This Research

This is a Phase 3 clinical trial that combines two medications to see if they work better together—one targeting your ulcerative colitis and one supporting weight management. Over about 13 months, you'll receive regular check-ins and careful monitoring to track how the treatment affects your symptoms and health. You'll be part of an important effort to discover treatments that address both conditions at once.

Who Can Participate?

✓ Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at least 3 months ago, confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy
✓ Moderate to severe UC symptoms confirmed within 21 days before starting
✓ BMI of 30 or higher, or BMI between 27-30 with a weight-related health condition
✓ If you've had UC for 8+ years, a recent colonoscopy showing no dysplasia or cancer
